Berger Development was founded in 2021 as an extension of Berger Communities, with a dedicated focus on ground-up development.

We leverage the experience, expertise, and size of the broader Berger organization to develop and deliver high-quality multifamily communities throughout Berger’s existing footprint. Our team brings experience across a range of multifamily building types, from three-story garden-style communities to 12-story mid-rise developments, and has collectively delivered more than 4,000 units through Berger and prior organizations.
